CDSMP/Tomando Leaders and Master Trainers Registry

If you would like to join a registry of CDSMP /Tomando Leaders and Master Trainers you can do so now on the Livingwell.doh.wa.gov website.

 

The purpose of the registry is to help locate Master Trainers and Lay Leaders who like to lead workshops with organizations and coordinators who need leaders for their workshops.  Signing up is very easy:
 
1.       Log into the Livingwell website with your LOGIN ID (see the bottom left of the Home Page to join the website, or to login if you already are a member).
2.       Go to the Professional Resources page and click on “CDSMP Leader Registry”
3.       Fill in your information (some items are required and some are optional)
4.       Click the “submit” button and you will be added to the registry.
 
Important: Only people who are members of the Livingwell website can enter their information, the public does not have access to the registry.
