Lay Leader Training

There will be Lay Leader training sessions co-sponsored by the Grays Harbor County Health Dept. and Olympic Area Agency on Aging Nurse Services, 4 days, Sept.15/16 and 22/23 in Aberdeen, WA. Attendees must attend all four days to become certified. Please call 1-866-582-1487 or (360) 538-2457 for information and registration. Applications must be submitted by September 5, 2011. Applicants must be associated with a licensed agency authorized to hold the Chronic Disease Self Management program workshops. Applicants in Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties will have first priority for attendance. The sessions will be from approx. 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. each day.
