Road to Health Tool Kit Webinars in Spanish
The National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP) is hosting this series of introductory webinars for their most recent publication "The Road to Health Toolkit in Spanish". The Road to Health Toolkit in Spanish is the resource that you need to complement your community education initiatives that inspire the Hispanic/Latino family to make the right decisions to avoid a future with type 2 diabetes. This product is bilingual, developed by experts of the NDEP with input from diabetes educators and community health workers/promotores, and is available for community based organizations, clinics, wellness programs, and other agencies that work with Hispanic/Latino families. El Kit El camino hacia la buena salud en español es el recurso que necesita para complementar sus iniciativas de educación en la comunidad para inspirar a la familia hispana a tomar las decisiones correctas para evitar tener un futuro con diabetes tipo 2. Este producto es bilingüe, desarrollado por expertos del NDEP con la participación de educadores en diabetes y de los trabajadores comunitarios de salud/promotores, y está disponible para organizaciones comunitarias, clínicas, programas de bienestar y otras agencias que trabajan con familias hispanas.
