Group Health Living Well with Chronic Conditions - Olympia

If you‘re a Group Health member with a chronic condition, this 6-week workshop can help you learn new ways to manage your condition and control your symptoms.

In the workshop you will:
• Learn new skills to manage your symptoms and control your conditions.
• Learn how to set goals and develop action plans to reach them.
• Share support, tips, and encouragement with other workshop participants

Workshops are held at Group Health medical centers and online through MyGroupHealth for Members. In-person workshops are open to non-Group Health members if space is available.
