Powerful Tools for Caregivers Classes
Powerful Tools for Caregivers: a free 6-week workshop / class that provides unpaid family caregivers with the skills and confidence needed to better care for themselves while caring for others. Caregivers develop a wealth of self-care tools to reduce personal stress, communicate their needs effectively in challenging situations, deal with difficult emotions, and make tough caregiving decisions. SPACE IS LIMITED. MUST PRE-REGISTER. The class meets once per week for six weeks.

This class series is a service offered through the Family Caregiver Support Program of Olympic Area Agency on Aging.
Details: The class-series meets once per week for six weeks. Dates: October 4 - November 8. Time: 1 - 3:30 pm.
