Taking Charge of Your Health-Chronic Disease Self Management

A workshop that empowers people with chronic conditions to take charge of their health. Topics covered include medication usage, pain and fatigue management, problem solving, making informed treatment decisions, depression management, healthy eating and stress relief. This course is also excellent for family members and caretakers of people with chronic health conditions.

Edmonds Family Medicine is proud to host the Taking Charge of Your Health workshops. This program is based on the Stanford Chronic Disease Self Management program. Our goal is to give you the tools to get your health and life back.

This class is open to anyone with a chronic health concern as well as family members and caretakers of people with chronic conditions.

Class meets on Thursdays from 6-8:30 pm. No class will be held on August 4th.

The class is free.
