This is a FREE workshop given two and a half hours, once a week, for six weeks.

Plus great books, Relaxation CDs, healthy food, fun activities and much more!

What is it? 

Group meetings for anyone who has an ongoing medical condition who would like help and support to live a healthier life.

What do you learn?

*How to deal with frustration, fatigue and pain   *Using medications to improve health   *Exercise that will allow you to improve and maintain strength and endurance *How you can better Communicate with family, friends, and Healthcare workers   *Healthy Eating and more!
